Vandana Rajesh
Product designer, New York CityI've cut ship cycles by 40% and task completion time by 60% with research-led redesigns. My last brand relaunch grew a following from zero to 350+.

I have a computer science degree, which means I don't just design the interface, I understand what happens after I hand it off. I've been the founding designer on an AI startup, rebuilt a nonprofit's brand and site by hand, and I'm currently shipping product at a healthcare AI company, sometimes all in the same week. Outside of work I shoot film, sketch at 1 a.m., and treat "finished" as a personality trait.

I ground decisions in real interviews and usability testing instead of guesses. A research-led redesign cut task completion time by 60%.
I build systems that outlast one designer. A design system at Pomu let three engineers ship new surfaces 40% faster.
I prototype in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, not only Figma, and use AI tools to work faster, from scaffolding components to debugging. I've hand-coded and deployed full sites end to end, this one included.
I've been the founding or lead designer on every team I've joined, comfortable owning a problem from research through ship.
